We sincerely invite you to submit abstracts to the International Conference on Bio-mediated and Bio-inspired Geotechnics (ICBBG) 2025, scheduled to take place in Tempe, Arizona, USA from May 19-21, 2025. ICBBG aims to bring together top researchers from around the world to present the state of the art and state of the practice on biogeotechnics, and to facilitate knowledge exchange among researchers, industry, agencies and educators.

Abstract Submission Instructions for Authors:

Abstracts should have 150 to 250 words.
Abstracts are submitted to the ISSMGE platform (deadline: March 15, 2024).

Select a general session or a special symposium (see the above table)
- If none of the provided themes fit your paper, please select "Other" and propose a theme
- Note that abstracts submitted to Special Symposia may be later reassigned to General sessions, depending on the number of abstracts received for each symposium.

Conference Registration Due: March 31, 2025

Publication and Copyright Information:

Authors retain all rights to their articles in the conference proceedings.
A copyright agreement form will be provided to authors and must be submitted at the time of acceptance and final submission of revised papers.
Accepted papers will be published in a free and open access conference proceedings in the ISSMGE Online Library.
Each paper will be indexed with its own individual DOI number and Conference Proceedings, with their own ISSN.
Additional indexing options such as Scopus, WoS/Clarivate, EI, and Compendex may be sought.
The conference editorial board may invite selected conference papers for special issues of high impact journals.
