On behalf of the ASSMGE TC106 committee and ASCE Geo-Institute Unsaturated Soils Committee, we are happy to announce that the 9^th International Conference on Unsaturated Soils will be held on June 6-9, 2027, in the Greater Boston Area, MA, United States.

The call for abstracts is now open until May 22, 2026, and we invite authors to submit their contributions through the ISSMGE conference review platform.

Please note:

• Please submit your abstract of approximately 200 words.
• To submit, please create a free ISSMGE account to login, choose the UNSAT2027 conference, and follow the instructions.
• If you are submitting multiple abstracts, please use the same account.
• Select the theme of your contribution.  
• Abstracts submitted to a given theme may later be reassigned to a different theme or special session after review.
