1. Session Overview and Constraints
- RE informed all CAPG Team that it has been allocated 30 minutes total for the CAPG session at ICSMGE Vienna 2026. This time allocation is fixed and has been confirmed by conference organisers.

2. CAPG Session Structure at ICSMGE
- The session will consist of:
- CAPG introduction
- Five shortlisted industry/academic contributions on impactful and innovative projects, each with a strict time limit.
- It was agreed that each CA contribution should be maximum 4.5 minutes, allowing buffer time for transitions.
- Audience interaction during the session will be minimal or not possible due to time constraints.
3. Shortlisted Presentations
The following contributors/projects were identified:
- GDS (presented by :TBA)
- Huesker (presented by Oliver Detert)
- Menard / SRK (joint presentation by Alejo Sfriso)
- Tensar (presented by Yuli Doulala-Rigby)
- UTS Transport Research Centre (presented by Prof. Buddhima Indraratna)
Total: 5 project presentations + CAPG overview
4. Presentation Format
- Presenters may use:
- PowerPoint presentations
- Embedded short videos (recommended 23 minutes maximum within the 4.5-minute slot)
- Pure video-only presentations are encouraged; a brief spoken introduction and conclusion are expected.
- Presentations will be run from a single computer, but as separate slide decks (not merged into one file).
- Embedded videos within PowerPoint are preferred to avoid delays.
5. Consistency and Quality Control
- RE requested that the CAPG team to submit their presentations by the end of February to ensure:
- Comparable quality and clarity across presenters
- Compliance with time limits
- Presenters mst adhere strictly to allocated time of 4.5 minutes
6. Supplementary Materials and Audience Engagement
- It was proposed and agreed to:
- Create a dedicated CAPG web page for the Vienna session
- Upload all presentations and supporting materials in advance
- Provide a QR code during the session linking to these materials for audience access
- Include presenter contact details for post-session follow-up
Key Decisions
- Maximum presentation time per contributor: ~4.5 minutes
- Use of short videos is encouraged but must fit within the time limit
- No live Q&A during the session
- Presentations will be uploaded online on CAPG webpage for audience access
