2012 07 02 CAPG MEETING
The first meeting of the CAPG was organized by Michael Lisyuk, Chair (2011 to 2013) , on the 2nd July 2012, during the International Workshop on Geotechnical Engineering in Yusupov Palace (Red Chamber) St. Petersburg State Transport University held in St. Petersburg in 2-3 July 2012.
