Our two primary technologies, the Expander Body and the Smart Cell, have been deployed in over 30,000 units across more than 200 projects in 16 countries. These technologies are designed to accelerate project timelines by up to 40% and reduce operational costs by up to 60%.

Expander Body

Similar to a steel balloon, the Expander Body is a collapsible steel device installed at the base of piles or anchors. Through controlled grout injection, the device expands to create a bulbous base, effectively compacting surrounding soil. This can increase toe diameter up to 1.2 m and enhance toe resistance by up to 400%. Compatible with any drilling method for anchors, micropiles, and piles, the Expander Body is a versatile technology that helps optimize foundation performance.

Smart Cell

The Smart Cell operates similarly to a hydraulic jack. During the grout injection process, the device expands axially, compressing debris or loose soil at the pile toe. This injection process can even uplift an entire 1.5 m-diameter, 30 m-long pile by a few millimeters, resulting in a stiffer service response and improved overall performance of the piles. The design of the device has been optimized to make it cost-effective for installation in 100% of the projects piles.
