Description
The 1st International Conference on Sustainability in Geotechnical
Engineering (ICSGE 2027), under the theme Geodiversity & Resilience,
will take place from 28 June to 1 July 2027, at the Campus of the
National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC), in Lisbon, Portugal.
Organised by LNEC, under the auspices of the Technical Committee TC307
Sustainability in Geotechnical Engineering of the ISSMGE and of the
Portuguese Environmental Geotechnics Commission of the Portuguese
Geotechnical Society, the conference will bring together renowned
experts from around the world, fostering discussion on the application
of sustainable practices, risk and impact mitigation, and the promotion
of geodiversity and resilience in geotechnical engineering and related
fields.
ICSGE 2027 will also provide a unique platform for high-level
international visibility for sponsors and exhibitors, reinforcing their
commitment to sustainability and innovation.
The geotechnical community and related fields are warmly invited to
actively participate in ICSGE 2027 through the submission of abstracts,
institutional support, sponsorship, and technical exhibition.
