Application Form
Normally, only applications from current members of ISSMGE will be considered. To make an application:
1. Read the guidelines ISSMGE Foundation: Guidelines for Applicants
2. Complete the application form APPLICATION FOR GRANT FROM ISSMGE FOUNDATION
3. Submit the application form to the Secretary General at [email protected]. The Trustees aim to complete reviews in 4-6 weeks after the deadline. However, it may take up to 2 months when application numbers are high.
Please note that successful applicants will need to submit in due course a report on the use made of the Foundation Award and the following form should be completed ISSMGE Foundation - Conference Report form
