Geotechnical and Material Engineering Committee – SOE, UAE
The Geotechnical and Material Engineering Committee (GMEC-SOE) is a specialized body under the Society of Engineers UAE. It is dedicated to promoting excellence in geotechnical engineering and construction materials through professional training programs, technical workshops, applied research, and industry collaboration. The committee fosters innovation, develops standards, and enhances coordination among academia, industry, and government stakeholders. GMEC-SOE serves as a leading platform for knowledge exchange, capacity building, and sustainable engineering practices, contributing to the advancement of the UAEs construction and infrastructure sectors.
