The TC201 report Failure Paths for Levees was prepared by members of the ISSMGE TC201 Committee on Dykes and Levees. It aims to support practitioners in understanding the different levee failure mechanisms and the ways in which these mechanisms interact. The report is intended to assist practitioners in the design of new structures, the assessment of the safety of existing structures, and the maintenance and upgrading of existing structures.
