Prof. Han-Lin Wang visits Uzbekistan Geotechnical Society
During October 17, Prof. Han-Lin Wang, Chair of the Future Leaders Board-Level Committee (BLC) in ISSMGE, paid an official visit to Uzbekistan Geotechnical Society located in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. He was warmly welcomed by the President Askar Khasanov and Future Leaders Committee Member Zabijon Khasanov. Both sides provided a comprehensive overview of the ISSMGE Future Leaders BLC and the Uzbekistan Geotechnical Society, sharing their respective missions and ongoing initiatives. They subsequently engaged in in-depth discussions regarding future development directions, potential academic exchanges, organization of Silk Road international conference, and long-term cooperation links between the two parties.
